Dark Prize is a creative consciousness that bears a towering emblem of everything tragic which revolves around man’s impatience and inordinate desires. It brings to the fore the character of Prince Anyaora of Umueze Kingdom who is desperate to ascend his late father’s throne as against the customs and traditions that disqualified him. His ineptness is as a result of him being impotent. But the circumstances that lead to his tragic demise is as a result of impatience and inordinate desire.
